The Founder
Founder and CEO of LTMA Consulting, Alex E. Yepez, is a consulting expert with a proven reputation for using S.M.A.R.T. strategy to deliver key business results to health systems, school districts, travel companies and consulting firms throughout the country. He’s been recognized for transforming processes, people, revenues, culture and productivity in competitive markets. He has nearly 15 years of experience with call center optimization, forecasting, center staffing, domestic and international contact center management, relationship management, engagement management, consulting, analytics and quality control.
Alex E. Yepez has led collaborative, cost-efficient projects that have introduced major changes using industry best-practice. He’s been independently contracted to deliver advanced and effective engagement management on various projects involving scheduling, access, technology, call center structure, self-service, recruitment, onboarding, call center performance and internal enhancements for different companies. He’s also been tasked with seemingly insurmountable goals for organizations like Mount Sinai Medical Center (Miami Beach, FL) where he achieved all 15 initiatives with eight months to spare on their target timeline. His experience also includes successfully enhancing service provided to over 21 public school districts throughout the state of Florida and overseeing a call center team that provided service to over 500,000 travel members. From fulfilling revenue goals with million dollar targets to developing and implementing recruitment processes, Alex’s years of service to organizations prompted a strong focus on building high-performing teams and effective processes that sustain the success he creates while promoting growth and opportunity. As the leader of LTMA Consulting, he is well-equipped to lead and handle any challenge presented.
